Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. For international orders, write to us before ordering.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch
• Rest of India: 5–8 working days from dispatch

Shipping charges

A flat rate applies to all orders below the free-shipping threshold. Orders at or above the threshold ship free. Set the same threshold under Appearance → Customize → Nightburn Front Page so the cart message matches your shipping rules.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves our studio.

Damaged in transit

Glass travels badly if it is handled badly. If your candle arrives broken, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
